Dissemination of information and access to social services: challenges and responses

Meeting organised by the Basque Social Services Observatory (Behatuz) to discuss the challenges and responses in the field of dissemination of information and access to social services. An event that can be followed both in person and online, and which we attended to join a round table discussion made up of representatives of the Public Administration and third sector entities, with the focus on the challenges and difficulties in exercising the right to information on social services and benefits.

In this regard, Maider Azurmendi, Director of Home and Community Care, will share our experience in the creation and development of Matia Orienta, as our organisation's information and guidance service.
