Senior Living Forum

Senior Living Forum arose as a response to the continued growth of the senior living sector in Spain. This growth is attributed to the increase in life expectancy, the lack of supply, the emergence of new innovative forms of accommodation, the development of Spain as a tourist and residential destination for international seniors, and the creation of new ways of accessing adapted housing for the elderly.

The aim of the Senior Living Forum is to address these challenges and opportunities, providing a space for exchange and discussion for professionals in the sector and stakeholders, in order to promote the development of appropriate and satisfactory solutions for the senior segment of the population.

Gerardo Amunarriz, general director of our foundation, will be participating from Matia in a round table entitled: "Changing the narrative: new models and concepts in elderly care", in which we will address aspects related to deinstitutionalisation, change of model, architecture, financing, promotion of housing for the elderly, among others...
