Nursing Now Conference: Visibilisation and Leadership

Nursing Now is an initiative launched by the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the World Health Organization (WHO), which seeks to place Nursing at the centre of health development. The campaign has been taking shape in different countries and regions, including the Basque Country, with a conference to be held on the 14th at the Bidebarrieta Municipal Library in Bilbao.

Objectives

• To contribute to the development of the Nursing Now campaign by effectively impacting key sectors of our society.
• To show the current leadership capacity of nursing in the BAC and the importance of collaborative leadership in tackling new health challenges.
• To share successful practices and projects led by nursing professionals.
• To explore key elements that favour the continued visualisation of the value of nursing both in its natural activity and in its participation in the design and development of health policies.
