European Social Services Congress 2018: "Invest, innovate, transform. Empowering people and communities".

The European Social Services Congress is the annual flagship event of the European Social Network (ESN) and offers a unique opportunity to discuss a variety of strategic issues in the field of social affairs, share best practices and network with like-minded peers.

With a history of more than 25 years, the European Social Services Congress is attended by more than 500 professionals from different levels of government internationally, from the private sector as well as from third sector organisations dedicated to improving people's lives.
