1st National Meeting of Social Services Inspection

This Social Services inspection meeting, organised on the initiative of Navarre, aims to unite criteria and share actions to improve the mechanism responsible for guaranteeing quality social care. Over three days, the programme aims to offer all the angles of the inspection work carried out by the different administrations in the provision of social services, whether they are public or private.

Among the speakers at this meeting, María Francesca Cerdó. Director of Innovation and Management Systems at Matia Fundazioa, who will present the experience of the centres and the inspectorate following the implementation of a person-centred care model.
