Embracing dementia: How to create an inclusive and friendly society
The EDEN project is designed to support family members, health professionals and local communities in their collaboration and efforts to create a better life for people living with dementia. EDEN has developed solutions and materials that can help local stakeholders to better collaborate and create more dementia-friendly and dementia-inclusive societies that are more responsive to the needs of people living with dementia and their families, and therefore more sustainable.
Matia in collaboration with AFAGI are organising a conference to showcase the results of the project, as well as to discuss and raise awareness of the needs of people living with dementia and their families, and how we can embrace dementia as a community challenge and not as an individual challenge of people living with dementia and their families.
Registration is required via the registration form or by writing to the organisers.
