Person-centred care. Its contributions to the care of people with Alzheimer’s.

The first title that opens this series summarises some of the most relevant contributions that have been made using the Person-Centred Care approach in the care for people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The text includes the lecture given by the author herself, Teresa Martinez, on 21 September, World Alzheimer’s Day, under the 2nd Gran Canaria Geriatric Care Conference, an event organised by the IAS (Institute for Social and Health Care) of the Gran Canaria Town Hall.
