Etxean Ondo Project. Cohabitation Units and Day Centres

The general objective of this Etxean Ondo "Cohabitation Units and Day Centres" project is to create permanent cohabitation units or day units located in nursing homes, in which Person-Centred Care is developed:

1. Identification of contexts and participants.

1.1 Selection of space.

1.2 Presentation of the experience of workers at the centre.

1.3 Identification of participating caregivers.

1.4 Information for residents/family members participating in the experience.
