At this event, Dr. Vânia de la Fuente-Núñez will present her new book La Trampa de la Edad (The Age Trap), a work that delves into the phenomenon of ageism and its impact on our society.

Accompanied by Elena del Barrio, director of Policies and Social Contexts at Matia Institute, the author will explore how ageism affects health, well-being and access to opportunities, influencing all spheres of our lives and affecting both older and younger people.

She will also share practical tools to identify and challenge this bias, promoting a world for all ages.
