The Routes of Advancement in Person-Centered Care project is a joint initiative of Matia Fundazioa and ACP Gerontología that arises from the journey made by Matia Fundazioa in the progress towards a person-centered care (ACP).

- PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Oviedo.
- Degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
- Diploma in Social Gerontology from the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology.
Author of the ACP-GERONTOLOGY MODEL, designed to guide the implementation and enable the evaluation of person-centred care in gerontological services. It includes self-report measures (elderly people, families, professionals and centre managers), internal evaluation and external evaluation.
