The architectural design, decoration and ambience of a building and its surroundings influence our wellbeing, which is also a reflection of our culture and evolves over time.

This magazine brings together knowledge from the fields of interior design, sustainability and habitability, as well as knowledge acquired from case studies of good practices, our own experience and, above all, scientific evidence that relates design features of environments with positive results. In short, the aim is to convey to society as a whole the value of environments and their relationship with our wellbeing and quality of life, as well as to provide keys to decoration and spatial organisation that, without great investment or pretensions, help us to work on the environments in our day-to-day lives.
